This is a simple 316L Surgical steel septum ring. The septum can be used when an undetected piercing is desired. After insertion in your septum piercing, the septum is flipped up into the nostrils keeping the piercing open, yet virtually invisible. The septum is also a popular alternative to ring type jewelry. Available in 10 gauge and 12 gauge. The entire piece is nickel free.
