FAQs on Shipping

What is the difference between “Shipped” and “Delivered”?
A product is shipped, which means, we have handed over the product to our delivery partner. It will now be their responsibility to deliver the product to your door. Once you receive the product, we call it “Delivered”.
I haven’t received my product yet. Is it possible to track my package?
Yes, you can track your ordered product by using the tracking number you have been provided. You may as well visit our official website and access this page to track the current location of your product in real-time. Note that the carrier system may take up to 24 hours to activate your tracking number.
Does my shipping and billing address need to be the same to order a product from Body Jewelry?
Not really, it is not a requirement. However, your credit card address must match your billing address.
Why has my package yet to be shipped?
Basically, we take 24-48 hours to process every order and ship the product the following day. However, the 14KT gold jewelry shipping may take an additional day to be processed. Note that we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Why am I yet to receive my package even though I got an email saying it has been shipped?
Do not get confused with the terms “Delivered” and “Shipped”! Your package is shipped means it got packaged and dropped off to our delivery partner. Soon, they will deliver the product to your door, please keep tracking it.
What should I do if the tracking information says "delivered" but I haven't received the product?
If your tracking data shows the status “delivered”, yet you haven’t received it, don’t worry. You should now:
  • Wait for another business day as it may arrive soon. Sometimes, the carriers mark the packages as “delivered” prematurely.
  • Double-check your shipping address as well to make sure you provided accurate information at checkout.
  • Contact your local USPS post office for further assistance regarding the details of the delivery.

Please note that BodyJewelry.com is not liable for mis-delivered packages, incorrect addresses, or stolen items. Thank you for your understanding!

If my order has been confirmed but not yet shipped and there's an error in the shipping address, what can I do?
Well, get in touch with us ASAP through email: support@bodyjewelry.com or call us at 954-933-2259. We will take care of the rest.
What should I do if my package has already shipped but there's an error in the address?
We barely have anything to do at this point as we have already shipped your product. However, when the package is returned to us, we will be able to reship it to your desired address which may be subject to additional costs.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship our products worldwide. You will have the options to choose from at checkout.
