Item must be postmarked within Ten (10) days of the Delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original sealed packaging.

To return an item, Email us (Monday - Friday 9am -5pm EST) with the following information:

- Item to return
- Item condition
- Why item is being returned
We will get back to you within 24 - 48 Business Hours. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday, as well as ALL major HOLIDAYS. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, A Shipping Fee of $4.75 will be deducted from your store credit or a refund.
