Item must be postmarked within Ten (10) days of the Delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original sealed packaging. Original shipping cost is not refunded. If shipping was free, we will deduct $4.75 (USA) or $6.75 (International) from the refund amount.

OUR RETURN POLICY REGARDING DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a broken or defective item, please email Customer Service at email@example.com (Monday - Friday 9am -5pm EST).
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. You will be notified by our Decision that your item has been approved or denied.
*We will refund the amount for the jewelry itself, but not the shipping or warranty cost
PACKAGE MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your package is marked as delivered, but has not arrived, not to worry! We will work with you to resolve the issue. The first thing we recommend is contacting your local post office and your neighbors to see if it accidentally ended up with them. We also recommend waiting 24 hours to check, as sometimes the post office GPS updates ahead of the package's arrival. If you still cannot find the package, contact us!
*We cannot issue refunds for orders misdelivered or mishandled by the post office, but we can offer a reship of the package or store credit!
