This is a spectacular labret monroe lip jewelry made from 316L high grade surgical steel with a red jewel. The 14 gauge comes with 4mm bead and 16 gauge comes with 3mm bead. The comfortable flat end measures 4mm. The size is available in your choice of 14 gauge or 16 gauge and 8mm-5/16, 10mm-3/8, or 12mm-1/2 of an inch. The entire piece is nickel free.
