Hi all! First and foremost please do not waste your time by buying anything from this company/website. I placed my order 3/12/2025 and did not receive a shipping confirmation until 3/19/2025. They emailed me on 3/23/2025 asking if I have received my order and to contact them if I have not (I did not, the item hadn't actually been shipped, it was stuck in pending for several more days). Finally got my nose ring on 3/28/2025, super excited it only took almost 3 weeks but excited nonetheless. I ordered a 5/16th sized c-shaped yellow gold nose ring. I open my package and it's a c-shaped silver 1mm sized whatever the conversion is but they saw c-shaped threw that in a bag and shipped it. I reached out immediately and requested a refund because not one part of this process has been done correctly. Asking if I have received a product when you all have the shipping information and it being shipped over an entire week later for one item. Their support team is also entirely unhelpful and will only respond to one piece of your email at a time. When I explained my dilemma and requested a refund, they responded saying they'd send a shipping label and send my correct item instead. Two days goes by and I still have not heard anything. I even wait till at least Tuesday (today) to reach out and give them a business day to process and had to reach out once more for a mistake they made. I reach out once more for an update and they respond with: ' We will issue a full refund after receiving the product. Thank you' again, this is the only update I get after all of this when they still have not sent over a shipping label or have attempted to make this situation any better. All of this just for a nose ring is a little ridiculous.
