I'm very disappointed with my order and the customer service. The nose piercing I received looks different from the online photo. I have not opened or used it, but I'm unhappy with its appearance. I tried calling multiple times, and someone would answer then immediately hang up. I spent $127 and would like a full refund, as the site offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee
