Where to begin! The phone numbers listed on their website-are phony! No one ever answers their phones! Then I sent many emails regarding on how to make a return; these emails were answered only when I wrote that their customer service was HORRIBLE, which it is! I made a return on the item purchased; this item was received at their Pompano Beach FL site on 4/11/25. As of 4/19/25, I have received no communication from Body Jewelry, nor was a credit applied to my original form of payment which I had requested. My action plan: If I do not hear from Body Jewelry during week of 4/21/25, I will contact my credit card company for a refund and possibility report Body Jewelry as a fraudulent company.
