This 14kt solid yellow gold nose bone features a 2.5mm real diamond. Diamond clarity: pk2, color G-H. The 18g nose bone has an inner diameter of 6mm and the little ball on the end measures 1mm. The diamond set is so that it actually lays flat on your nose, it won't stick up and out like most others on the market.
