This is an anodized Titanium over 316L surgical steel septum piercing . Can be used when an undetected piercing is desired. After insertion in your septum piercing, the septum is flipped up into the nostrils keeping the piercing open, yet virtually invisible. Available in 16, 14, 12 or 10 gauge. Six colors to choose from. The entire piece is nickel free. Item is sold individually.
